By accessing or using the website at insulationsunvalley.com, by contacting Precision Sun Valley Insulation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors to our website and to all customers who request, receive, or pay for services from Precision Sun Valley Insulation.
Precision Sun Valley Insulation is a licensed insulation contractor based in Sun Valley, NV. We provide residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal. Services are performed in the greater Reno-Sparks area of Nevada.
All services are subject to the terms of a written proposal or service agreement provided to you before work begins. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any such written agreement.
We provide free on-site estimates. An estimate is not a binding contract. Prices in an estimate reflect our assessment of the work at the time of the visit based on the information available. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates may change if conditions discovered during installation differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit - for example, if hidden damage, additional pest contamination, or structural issues are discovered once work begins. We will notify you of any material change before proceeding.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Once you accept a written proposal, we will schedule installation at a mutually agreed date and time. We require at least 48 hours advance notice to reschedule or cancel an installation appointment without charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover the cost of mobilized labor and materials, as specified in your written proposal.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible and schedule the earliest available replacement appointment.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate allowed by Nevada law, whichever is lower. You agree to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, in the event of a payment dispute.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay work or result in additional charges.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If installed insulation is found to have material deficiencies in coverage, thickness, or workmanship - as compared to the agreed scope of work - we will return to correct the deficiency at no additional charge, provided you notify us within 30 days of the installation date.
This workmanship guarantee does not cover deficiencies caused by conditions that existed before our installation, damage caused by third parties, normal settling or wear, or conditions that develop after installation due to moisture intrusion, pest activity, or structural changes to the property.
Material warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer of the insulation product used. We will provide manufacturer warranty documentation upon request.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Sun Valley Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice for your specific situation.
If a dispute arises between you and Precision Sun Valley Insulation, we ask that you contact us first at estimates@insulationsunvalley.com or (775) 799-2603 so we can try to resolve it informally. Most issues can be resolved with a direct conversation.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Washoe County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, before pursuing any court action. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Washoe County, Nevada for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using our website and contact us to discuss any pending services.
